Cullman Swim Team had its version of the Golden Goggle Awards. The annual banquet was held Sunday night at the Cullman Civic Center. The swim moms had the decor perfect for the special event.Cullman head coach Allison Norris did a great job being the master of ceremonies, quite a feat with 140 swimmers. So many highlights to the season so there were many awards.
CST had a great turnout at state this year with all the swimmers recognized. There were many team records broken this season indicating the trend of the Cullman Swimming program.
Also on the agenda was the diving program lead by Dianne Evans, in its second year the program finished 2nd in the state including a state champion.
Mike Jackson the team president closed out the banquet recognizing the coaches and the fantastic job they all did this season.
Cullman Swim Association will carry this momentum this fall with the USA program.
