Cullman Swim Team had a great turn out for the Medal meet. This was an opportunity for the swimmers to do some USA events and also
tweak times. Coach Allison and Jackie noted that the swimmers are not resting right now and training through the meets, which is fantastic since all are dropping times in events.
Another purpose of the meet gave the swimmers a chance to see where they stack up with the competition that they will be facing at district and state.
Towards the end of the meet things got long, we had a 2.5 hour lightning delay. The meet was well run and moved efficiently all things considered.
