Twenty Cullman Swim Association swimmers competed in the 2010 War Eagle Invitational in Auburn this past weekend. Coaches attending were Allison Norris and Jackie Donaldson. All the swimmers hard work and dedication over the past two months is really showing with all the improvements and faster times.
CSA was lead by Neil Norris who finished 5th in overall points for 9-10 boys and made an incredible 6 Southeastern cut times. Based on last years Sectional times he has several of those.
Jillian Richard and Crystal Hillis both had a great meet cutting time in most of their events, with Jillian placing overall in several events.
Chis McAlpin represented the senior swimmers well with his fine performance in 100 Butterfly which qualified him for the AHSAA Championships.
Coach Allison and Jolanda Hutson put together a Halloween party for the swimmers which included trunk or treating, a scavenger hunt, candy corn relay and guessing game. Great team building for all those attending!
