CSA hit the water this week kicking off the 2011-12 season. The Gold group has been practicing this week in the "Get into shape to get into shape" phase of the training. The Silver and Bronze groups will begin after the Labor Day weekend. Impressive crowd as we head into our 3rd official USA Swimming season.
Coach Lisa and Carson were on deck getting the swimmers ready for the season fast approaching. That outdoor pool is so nice and perfect conditions for the team. First meet is HSA later this month, gotta get the swimmers ready to race!
